List of MIchelle Spuza Milord's Reviews
The first visit was okay but every subsequent visit was auful and the last visit I waited an hour and a half. Need I say more. I would not recommend her to anyone ever.
Yes, the wait can ,at times, be lengthy, but I assure you it is well worth it. When Dr. Spuza-Milord is with you it's as if you are her only patient and she is very thorough. I have been a patient of hers for a few years now. About a year ago at a routine visit she brought a lump on my neck to my attention. She recommended I see an endocrinologist because it looked like a thyroid issue. I never even notices the small lump. If not for her, I probably would have gone on not noticing it. But instead I followed her advice and fast forward a year later I'm happy to say my cancerous thyroid has been removed. I would have recommended Dr. Spuza-Milord before that because of her focus on the individual and her attention to detail.
Dr Spuza is a wonderful doctor, unfortunately the staff at this place is awful! specially Jennifer. My dad had an appointment today, at arrival he was told the appointment was cancelled by the nurse and that he was notified (not true). Jennifer takes my dad and I to the office and tells me he needs to comeback on July, after I told her he was in pain. She said I have two options July or August, she had the irony to tell me to stop talking because she won't listen to me, this woman doesn't have any skills to talk to patients. She is extremely nasty and rude. By the time I'm walking out of her office she tells her co-worker what a B$%# I am. I guess she couldn't wait for me to leave the office to talk trash. Is this what you call Healthcare professionals?
Dr Spuza-Milord has been my doctor since 1998. She is a very caring doctor. She is a very kind, excellent doctor.
I am appalled at the way this practice is run, I have been waiting for an appointment for about 3 months, back and forth regarding INSURANCE, I should have just said I was self pay anyway I could not reach a person on the phone, constant phone tag. Anyway finally scheduled an appointment for the end of January only for it to be cancelled a day before by Spuza-Milord, thank God I am not dying,, these people call themselves health care proiders, I wouldn't go to this Place if you paid MeSpuzSpMimMilorthankthank
I've been a patient of Dr Milord since 1993. Initially I lived in St Pete but life moved me all around Florida. I had no problem changing PCPs but I NEVER changed my rheumatologist. Some may complain about appointments running late. But Dr Milord takes adequate time with EVERY patient. You won't feel rushed as Dr Milord wants to understand your medical and personal history. She considers the whole you before recommending treatment. Regarding me Dr Milord has been spot-on with her diagnoses when other MDs have missed by a landslide. Dr Milord is my rheumatologist and will be for the duration. If you want compassionate care I recommend Dr Milord.
This doctor is very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, takes her time with you, listens to your concerns, and does everything she can to help you. I just love her. She was recommended by my primary care doctor and I see why.
The jury is still out..I have another appt., but I will not wait an hour this time..
She has been my Rheumatologist since 1998. Excellent Doctor.
I spent over $200.00 to be told to take Vitamin D for which I was given a prescription and could have gotten over the counter. Nothing was done for my very painful ankles. I brought in my own MRI films and saw a nurse ARNP who made two more appointments for me. For what? To do absolutely nothing for me. For this, I missed work. I will never go back there and would not recommend this place to my enemies.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
