My ruptured appendix was corrected by Dr Giglio. My life was saved due to her amazing skill and experience. She was able to prevent secondary infection due to her tireless diligence for perfection and drawing all the poison from my gut. The care to insure that the organs maintained smooth running can't be understated. Above all of the talent, in this person, is a truly caring and empathetic guardian watching over the many days of recovery. I could not imagine a more skilled professional and finer person. An obviously excellent Dr for seromas. However, contacting this office is a chaotic hurdle. With so many offices and practices...good luck! If it's an EMERGENCY, you'll get a response. Likely - call 911. But, not all emergencies are 911 calls. With months of fighting off infection and still no care! My wife is suffering needlessly, as President Obama was unable to spread his clear aid and assistance to this country. How utterly sad it is that we being the #1 nation in the world for healthcare. pfffft. If we've learned ANYTHING by this stage of 'the game' it's that WE have to manage our own care. Dr.s are now alloting us their precious 15 mins of fame - then bam!!! NEXT!!!! Not only is this completely unfair at the end of the day - but it's also negligible. Ins companies are driving us all to the brink of bk and a total meltdown. It's not her fault - but, it is her responsibility to catch up on.

I have recent ish surgery and based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Giglio. I came out of the surgery with more problems that I went in with and found her bedside manner to be dismissive, at best. Just my experience, but I will def not use her for any future surgical needs I may have.

Dr Giglio is the most skilled and professional surgeon!! She was my surgeon when I had a dual mastectomy and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is outstanding!!!

Terrible experience. My primary doc referred me here for lipoma removal by Dr. Mindi Giglio. I called and tried to make an appt. Guy on phone was useless. It was like he was a temp or something. He had no idea of the general cost for my referred surgery. Didn't know if they took cash rather than insurance. Didn't know if they took my insurance (Florida Blue - Silver Plan). Then said they didn't take my insurance but I needed to call my ins. co just to check (why me??? who is your customer???). Bottom line - if they can't get the first call right I am finding an other surgeon that actually knows they take my insurance or will be happy to take my green cash. No wonder this surgery center isn't busy...they have no idea how to run an actual business. Sheesh.
