This location is the worse their is I have called everyday this week and last week I either get put on hold for hours or get no answer this is crazy I’m only trying to put in a order for my glasses I should’ve have to come all the way to the mall just to put in a order when I been with you guys for years . Please get better phone service this is ridiculous

I always have a great experience here the ladies were all helpful and polite even while a customer complained for an hour+ about things out of the stores control. Thanks for getting me in so quick now I can see at work tomorrow!

Left my designer sunglasses there. They are (were) worth close to 600 dollars. I asked them: hey, can you please put the prescription in these glasses? They said yes and charged me like 500 dollars. Holy shit. When I got them back, the legs were ripped off and glued onto these cheap frames. DESIGNER SUNGLASSES. I was not mad, I was sad. They should've stopped me when I asked them to do it. They should've warned me. Instead, they made me sign a form that I didn't read and basically robbed me of close to 600 dollars, and destroyed my sunglasses. I will NEVER go there again. Listen, they got my designer sunglasses, ripped the legs off, glued them to another frame, and it was a piss poor job at that. Looks completely weird and cheap. It doesn't even fit my face properly. AT LEAST TELL ME THAT THE WILL RUIN MY FAVORITE FUCKING GLASSES. FUCK ALL YOU.I will never step foot in that mall ever again.

I have been getting my eye exam and my glasses at Optical for ten years now. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful every year I go. I never have an issue when I go back to get the adjusted. I highly recommend them.

Great experience everything was very clean the doctor and everyone were knowledgeable and friendly in the store and the service was great the manager Brandy ran the place very well lots of styles of frames to choose from great prices I definitely highly recommend them

Optical Outlets had issues with getting stock for one of my contacts, delaying my order by many months. The manager, Brandy, went out of her way to ensure I had contacts in the meantime. She truly went above and beyond to remedy the delays, and went as far as hand delivering the boxes of contacts to my address. I would recommend going here for your eye test.
