Megan is always very helpful and cheerful

Brought my daughter in for her first exam and glasses and we were treated very kindly AND in and out pretty quick! The lady who helped me was super nice and helped with the whole process! The Dr was nice, calm, and patient with my daughter which made for a comfortable appointment. I chose this location because the Kennedy (Tampa) location isn’t always consistent with kindness so I’m happy that my daughter had a nice experience. Thanks we will be back!

I have been coming here for 2 years. I come here for myself and my daughter. Very quick, efficient and friendly. Very knowledgeable about insurances as well. I have been to many eye doctors and by far this location is the best.

Some things are a 5 others are a 1. I was in yesterday to pick up glasses. I had to come back in because the progressive didn't seem to be lined up right. One of the pairs I picked up a few weeks ago also was not correct. The young lady who checked them noticed it was off and asked the other lady to check it. Her response was she couldn't get up her hip hurt. She was also the one that did the initial measurements. So I had to wait for Meagan to come back from the bank. . When I first came to Optical Outlets it was due to finances and was actually happy with the service. I also have an issue with having to get glasses adjusted. They bring them out and you put them on and ask how they feel. Well for the. 5 seconds they have them on they feel fine. I had one's adjusted yesterday because they were literally digging a hole in my ear. I was going to go back in to adjust today because they were falling off my face but checked with an office near me. They took the time and fitted 3 pairs of glasses correctly to my head. I have actually been told at Optical Outlets I can't keep coming in for adjustments. I don't know if it's because I didn't spend that much on the glasses and maybe people that pay more aren't told that

Had a good experience!

Worst experience ever. They acknowledged multiple times my insurance benefit until order entry, then attempted to collect another $100 from me. Spun a tale about change in insurance contracts that defied the principles of basic commerce. After I had the insurance company call them, they advise that their system is not capable of applying the insurance benefit. The insurance company advised they apply benefits on a daily basis to Optical Outlets locations. Run me from pillar to post with their incompetence and dishonesty. I drove a short distance down 4th Street to another optical provider and was in and out in 20 minutes, including frame selection time. No hassle, no lies, they cheerfully applied my insurance benefit without additional cost to me. Never again will I set foot in Optical Outlets.

I have certainly experienced a lot of eye doctors in my lifetime I'm not sure that these people are even real. $170 for a contact exam, was told I had a stigmatism, this was news to me and no one has ever said that before and when I questioned it I was rudely dismissed. Saw an eye doctor for approximately 5min. Was told i was done and doctor left the place, i paid and was given my prescription and that's it. No other people waiting not another sole....i do believe this doctor came in for my appointment and then left. oddest expensive ever. Do not waste your time.

I cannot say enough about how kind and amazing I was treated by Chloe! I am 100% disabled and I was treated with so much kindness, caring and patience, that it literally brought me to tears. In addition, she had control of the entire establishment. I saw that she was like that with all the other customers. She did everything with kindness and grace. I owned my own company for over 35 years and I recognize Leadership when I see it. Chloe is a born Leader.
