Dr. Sriaroon and her entire staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They take their time and I have never felt rushed in the many visits my child has had. She has quickly followed up on any questions that I have had and responds promptly. Her entire staff listened to every single concern I had and addressed each one. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough.

First and second appointment we wait more than 45 mns. On the second appointment she asked if our son who is allergic to eggs had another episode with allergies due to eggs. Well.. No we didn't give him eggs cause he is allergic so no he didn't have any other episode. Can't she asks this by phone? Seriously. We have to drive one hour to see her ( and wait almost 1h) just for this. She didn't want to do a test cause she said we will do it in 6 month. Even our Peditrician was surprised she didn't do any test..Nice so we have to spend 6 more months without knowing if he is still allergic.. Anyway 3rd appointment SHE cancelled. No problem it happens but then they gave me a new appointment without contacting me. I wasn't available. They told me because YOU cancelled the appointment you will have to wait our next available appointment in 4 month. Yes ok that's not fair...

My child suffers from CVID, hypothyroidism, LNH and a mitochondrial disorder. We went to Dr Sriaroon to establish care with a local immunologist. My little one was diagnosed CVID more than a year prior and had been receiving IVIG. She spent very little time with us trying to understand how to treat my child as an individual, that has a lot going on medically. If your child has any condition outside of a standard immune problem, i would recommend you don't see her. My child never mounted an appropriate immune response to 12 vaccinations, PROFOUNDLY abnormal. She kept suggesting we revaccinate. Her clinic sent in no notes to insurance, causing us to lose IVIG. My child is sick now. We are seeing a new immunologist who has pointed out all of her errors. It has been a horrible year. When we were still receiving IVIG, we had to reschedule our IVIGs 2 times in 6 months because the office never sent the IVIG. My husband and I both truly wonder why she ever got into medicine.
