Dr. Hall and the staff at the surgery center made my cataract procedure a painless experience. They took great care of me and made sure that I felt comfortable the entire time. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend this surgery center. The employees were polite, caring and very professional. The nurses were timely and attentive. The anesthesiologist was kind and very thorough. I felt safe and in capable hands. The facility was very clean and organized. I had a great experience.

I honestly didn’t want to give this facility one star. I wanted no stars but I was unable to do this. I have never experienced a Surgery Center that gave such lack of care. Upon my arrival the the women in the front office where unwelcoming and upset with me because I did not bring my ID with me. I was told that my driver should go back and get it. I was self pay and my insurance wasn’t being billed anyway. Once I was taken in the “pre-op” area I lied there for several hours pretty much nonexistent behind a curtain after answering a few basic questions. I listened to them on their phone calls giving instructions to the patients that will come in for a procedure the next day. They told each patient that they will “take good care of them”. This is far from true in my experience. I have never had such lack of care after a procedure. I was not recovered at all and was pushed out of the facility. Still groggy and not assessed by nursing. I had dressings on which we’re not even looked at lots of fluid on the bed, chair, clothing. This was never assessed and not mentioned to my surgeon. I was taken to my driver’s car and pads were put on her passenger seat. The nurse never asked me how I was after the procedure or how my pain was let alone address the dressing etc. dripping in fluids. I got some ice chips and asked for a Ginger Ale as I was being pushed out the door. I ended up going to the ER that evening and feel that wouldn’t have happened if I received the proper care after my procedure.

When You First Come In Everything Is Fine, The Nurses Are Nice.. But Once I Got Out Of Surgery I Was Rushed Out Of There So Quickly I Could Barely Walk Or Talk. I Wasn't Given A Chance To Fully Awaken Before I Was Pushed Out Of There.. & On Top Of That MY LIP WAS BUST & No One Could Tell Me How Or Why!
