I will always refer people experiencing POTs syndrome to this office They will listen to you. They will help you without over medicating you. I have referred my family friends and patients to them and always will. Thank you for listening to my crazy symptoms and looking at my labs with true concern. He is excellentcomplete procedures on mehis staff is greatespecially pamhead office and Mary in inr.i recieved a lot of miscommunications in the hospitalplus one dr.i called a quackso instantly calledPam at lunch time and she explains to mesome was my misturanding but the hospital drdr petal. Had no clue on the info he told me.i feel sorry if I was his patient.dr.sheppard cares listens and thinks out the best optionseven new proceduresI would insist that any relative or friend to use his services

Dr. Sheppard performed a Cardiac Ablation procedure on me which has been successful for 10 days now and has me breathing a lot better and all my symptoms are under control. The procedure went very smoothly and Dr. Sheppard not only demonstrated complete confidence in his medical and surgical abilities he explained things very well and the speed of his thought is amazing. Would Highly Recommend.

This doctor has wonderful credentials, and I know that is all I should care about, but he did seem very cold and I felt rushed. The nurse that led me in was also very cold. The ARNP was very kind. Staff has not called me to set up the tests that I need. However, I do understand that authorizations can take some time.
