I was a new patient going to this office for the first time. I had my appointment for about 2 months for this afternoon at 1:30. This morning at 7:30 I received a phone call that unfortunately my appointment had been cancelled because the Dr. was not able to come in. I completely understand that things happen, however not being willing to work me in until January when I was not the one cancelling the appointment is completely ridiculous. If I was the doctor, I would even be willing to stay late one day to work in a new patient that had an appointment for 2 months. As a new patient, this speaks volumes to me about the practice and I will be finding another doctor to see.

It is so good to have a provider who actually listens to you and doesn’t treat you like you are just another number. I am so happy to call her my doctor. A doctor who truly cares.

Very thorough and thoughtful for my first visit!! If you are looking for a new female PCP, like myself, I highly recommend her various reasons, mainly, very easy to discuss any issues you may be facing w/o feeling uncomfortable!!

My visit at baycare was excellent. Although the staff was very busy and seemingly training new employees, they were very very pleasant. My doctor was excellent. She was very kind and understood all of my concerns.
