Ok...so I occasionally have had issues w/this man, usually about wait times, nothing else. However, after my visit today w/this GOOD MAN(yes, I shamelessly stole that quote from Denzel in "The Equalizer movie), I have nothing more than 10-star positivity! This man, at his age, goes to check on his hospitalized patients tirelessly while STILL managing to keep up his practice w/low-income Medicaid and Medicare patients! He busts his butt for the disadvantaged! And for that Sir, I truly salute you!!! So help me God, I win what I think I'm about to win...I'm buying both you as well as your wife a WELL-DESERVED cruise! God Bless you!!!

I have been coming to him for about 7 years. I have refered my mother as well as my husband too him as well. He has a hard time keeping good office help and there is usually a wait but I choose to overlook those things because he is a doctor that really cares about his patients and spends a good amount of time with you during your visit. My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer and he called her at home a couple times a week while she was doing her chemo treatments just to check on her. I have recently had an injury while on vacation and he was actually at on vacation when I got back but when I called his office and told his front desk girl that I needed to speak to him she gave him the message and he actually called me at home. I highly recommend Dr Serag Is a primary physician and will be very sad if he ever retires.

How can someone be so unprofessional, so uncaring, doesn't listen, rude, disrespectful, absolutely the worst experience of my life. I really wish I could take back my time.

His bedside manner is pitiful. Won't talk to patient wanted to talk to me instead. Caught him giving bad orders then when I confronted him with the papers he gave us he folded them in two and left the room and didn't say a word. Makes me question mease countryside on who they are hiring.

Dr serag may be a little late. And the office staff may be less than productive. But Dr serag os the right doctor for me. He cares about you as a person and if he could get a good office staff if be happy as hell.

He walks in to tell me my labs, & goes, well, it looks like you are going to die. I can't do much for that, & walked out! Still don't know diagnosis. In morning checking in to another hospital!
