2 times and the dentist has refused to follow the treatment plan from another dentist and was rude and lied.

Going to the dentist makes everyone nervous ( that's a fact. ) The last time I went to the dentist I was treated horribly, there was no calming me. When you aren't treated well, you tend to shy away from things, I did. From the moment I walked into Smile Design I felt the most positive vibes of my life. The staff is amazing, so kind and patient. You are treated like you matter. Dr. Gulati is as amazing as her staff, I'm recommending Smile Design to all of my friends and family members. Thank You Smile Design for a first great experience. 🙂🙂

Dr Gulati and her entire staff are wonderful, Perfect size office, not too big that you feel lost in the crowd, not too small that you have to wait for attention due too lack of staff. Perfect. Front desk is friendly and professional, hygienists are warm with great tunes playing while they clean your teeth. Dr Gulati is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s thorough, fixed a chip in my front tooth flawlessly and is a genuinely nice dentist that cares about my dental health. I highly recommend her office. A great experience every time I go in. When it’s time to see a dentist, do yourself favor and go to her.

Contrary to negative reviews, this is a classic family dentistry practice focused on holistic care, cost-effectiveness and working patiently with each client. Amy, my dental hygienist is extremely thorough, conscientious and personable. If you want glitz and wine bars and inflated prices there are other dentists out there. If you want a caring family practice led by a dentist who graduated as valedictorian of her dental class, and in which you are treated like a person and not as a $ sign then this is the place for you.

They should close this office employee's with no profesional ethics no skills no communication skills no courtesy and poor knowledge of health insurance even that I have 3 extractions a year. You should feel ashamed of yourself including the dentists. Thank you for nothing I know God is going to provide me with a good dentist. God Bless you.

This is the absolute worst dental office. Completely unprofessional and mismanaged. Communication was non-existent. I waited 2 hours to be seen just for the equipment not to work. I left without being serviced. I have never had such a pathetic experience. I would give this practice 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend that anybody choose this place.

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!. My issue started back in Dec 2021. I had a tooth extracted and used my Aetna insurance. They gave me a treatment plan and asked me to sign it. which I did. Asking me to pay out of pocket $328.60, that seemed ok at first as sometimes I get over charged and refunded once they hear from my insurance company. Well that was not the case with this company. they turned around and billed my insurance company $423 for the same services. When I called Aetna they explained to me that the company owes me a refund as they have a set rate with them they are allowed to charge. The office is aware, that is why they sneak things in on the bill that are not covered by insurance to get more money out of their services. Surgical irrigation $75 and gel foam $180 for dry socket. Well they didn't mention anything like that, in fact they made sure to tell me no smoking (which I don't) and no using a straw because I could get dry socket. Funny if you put that in the spot, there should be no concern of dry socket. When I called about it, they advised me I would need to wait until the end of Jan in order to get my refund. That was told to me by Ieshia (don't think I spelt that right). I waited until then and called back, to hear I only had a $40 credit from. I explained to her that can't be correct as my insurance company stated otherwise. Transferred me to the office manager Arlene, what a disaster and unprofessional moron she is. She advised me of the same thing and of course I got a bit upset. I advised her I would call Aetna and have them deal with it. During that call she advised me she could schedule a meeting with me, her and the dentist. I agreed but found it strange that this was needed for a refund. I've never been asked to come in somewhere for a meeting when requesting a refund. The following week Ieshia called me to cancel the apt and to see about rescheduling it, which I did because I just want my money back. Speaking to Aetna again they advised me they would contact the office and get the bill faxed over for them to review, I cancelled the apt advising them Aetna was dealing with this for me at this point. A couple a weeks went by and no word as they never faxed over to Aetna the information. Now by this time I have called the office and spoke with Arlene 4 x's not to mention the voice mails I left for her that were never returned. Mind you she is the office manager and this is how she handles things. Last Wed I called Aetna again and they called the office on 3way to speak about the refund. Spoke with Arlene again, who at first did not know I was on the phone thinking she was dealing with Aetna. She advised Aetna that I cancelled our meeting to talk about the refund. I interrupted her and advised her they cancelled first and then I was told to cancel mine and let Aetna deal with she became even more upset. She stated there was nothing she could do and she had no power that she just worked at the front desk and now her name is Irene. So not only did this lady lie about her position there but now also her name. She said she was going to put the regional mgr Frabricio Diaz on the phone. But instead she hung up on us and we called back. Then Ieshia answered the phone and advised Arlene we were back on the phone and in the background she says tell them I'll have him call her.So he called me later that day Wed 3/16 and listened to my issues and was extremely apologetic and stated he would research this and he was putting it in his phone to call me at 11am sharp Thur 3/17. Well today is Wed 3/23 one week from the day I spoke with him and still no word back from him and he is the regional manager, so what does that say. Rip offs and absolutely unprofessional as heck. If he responds, I will update this review with his outcome. In the meantime, I hope everyone reads this and the other reviews below where people have encountered same/similar issues here, and don't attempt to use this place for anything. You would be better off doing your own dental work, at least you can't rip yourself off.

After making my dental appointment here I checked Yelp reviews.... I was concerned after reading the reviews. I went to the appointment anyway, and found the office to be welcoming, professional and very thorough in my exam. Dr. was very friendly and the dental assistant was very professional in everything she did. I will be returning for the follow up cleaning and will be also recommending this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I've been coming here for two years now. The people that work here are so nice! And caring . I totally recommend coming here the place is super cute inside feels like I'm in the cabin.I usually come here for my normal cleaning procedure and my teeth have been doing great thanks to them.
