Been going here for years and very pleased with the service ive gotten. Dr. Sonal and Nick are always kind and take the time to explain the science and treatments. they do a lot inhouse too so I can get a lot of my tests and procedures done same day.

My primary physician s office. She is very intelligent. Very helpful with all and any issues that I might have. I learned very quickly to ask questions even right down anything I think of before my appointments that way I wont forget anything about my health needs. Im happy with her staff. One of the ladies has been working with the doctor for many years. Shes very helpfuleducated. This I know because of all the different jobs she is qualified doing in the practice. If your looking for a new Primary physician I recommend checking Dr. Sonal Shah out. She wont disappoint you. Thank you to Dr. Shah and her staff for taking care of my health issues.

been seeing Dr Shah for over a decade and no complaints so far. takes the time to talk with me and answer my questions. she and her team are always welcoming and quick to follow up

Great doctor but the office manager Aida is the worst. She does not care about her patients or their safety. Family member falling and broke multiple bones and she took over a month to get him home health because she didnt feel he needed it. Was very rude when called to inquire about this matter. Asked for a shower chair for our family member and its been two months and still nothing again because she said he doesnt need it. My family member needed a colonoscopy after a few weeks of calling and trying to get referrals we found one on our own and Aida was upset and said she wouldnt approve it. The doctor is great and my family member loves him but Aida needs to retire if she doesnt want to help people.

Went in for a meet and greet. Huge waste of time Do not even bother going here. Bad experience Felt like he was kicking me out the door as soon as I walked in. Very Rude as well.

As a family member Dr Shah has answered calls at all hours to provide assistance as we worked through serious health issues . Ada is the best practice manager I have seen for geriatric practice regarding coordination of care with managed care plans. Having worked as a practice manager I am well aware of how difficult that job can be. Dr.Sonal and Dr. Nik also provided excellent care for my grandfather. We all need to select physicians and practices that suit our personalities. These people are very human and very caring and do their best to help prolong quality of life for seniors.

I have found this office to be quite thorough with yearly exams tests that need to be conducted and also helpful when you are ill and cant make it into the office. Tammy who is in the front office is very pleasant and detail oriented. Ada is a great listener as to your problem and being the gobetween with the Doctor when the Doctor is not available. Everyone else has always been very accommodating and pleasant. Dr. Sonal Shah has always been of the concerned nature when it comes to my health and keeps a great check on all my health concerns. I have found their staff to be somewhat abrupt bordering on rude.The doctor does not communicate with family members at all
