I felt very incredibly unheard and not all options were discussed. I felt fat shamed and dismissed, despite having lost a good amount of weight, being an average size for my gender and age, ALL my other specialist doctors agreeing there is an overall problem that is not in any way weight related, and finding out from them that there is a good reason to believe doing blood work isn't enough. I doubt I will return to this doctor unless there is a massive emergency.

I'm always greeted with a smile, wait period is minimal and Dr. Lugo gives you her undivided attention, asks many questions and explains questions asked in terms you can understand. I'm very happy that Dr. Lugo was recommended to me and, I, in turn, will also recommend her!
