I typically get very nervous at the dental office, but I had the best experience with Dr. Khatib! He did a very thorough examination and came up with a plan for me. He was very caring and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to get my treatment started and get my smile fixed. If you need a dentist in St. Pete Dr. Khatib is your guy.

St Pete dental is the best.I went for a cleaning,my dental hygienist Erica started to clean my teeth,within 15 minutes, I fell asleep with her marjic touch. She was cleaning my teeth with no pain or discomfort. The best part is she realized that I was too sleepy to drive because I only slept for 2 hours last night, she said please take a nap you are too sleepy to drive I took 38 minutes nap ,I felt like a new person. Erika at St Pete dental is one of the very rare hygienist to find with her marjic cleaning touch.I recommend her to anyone. Marc.S

I have been a client at this establishment for 17 years, up until about three years ago they had a pretty solid operation with very good customer service. Things have changed dramatically since the new owner took over. The customer service is terrible. I went in on Monday for a routine cleaning, which is what I do every six months, I never have any issues and they have all of my dental records and know that. I was told I needed x-rays and an examination by the doctor, these two things would more then double my bill (I was not notified there would be extra procedures when I made the appointment for my cleaning or when I confirmed my appointment by phone). I said I was not interested in x-rays or an exam. When I spoke with Carlos the manager he claimed multiple times that everyone must get x-rays every year and that that it is Florida law. I knew that claim was false so I asked him to show me that in writing, he said he’d email it to me and never did. I have since called the office and spoken with Carlos he is sticking to him story about x-rays being Florida law. This company is doing unnecessary medical procedures on patients and then charging the patients for them. I am a very self aware and healthy person. I wonder how many elderly people and children this place has done unnecessarily medical procedures on…

I went in for a scheduled appointment and when I got there they told me they couldn’t see me, but they could get me in the following morning. I was advised to fill out paperwork online so I wouldn’t have to do it the following morning. The next morning I went in for my appointment and they had none of the paperwork that I submitted. I would not recommend going here unless you want to waste your time and money. They do not care about you.

Dentists did a great job. No complaint there. The financial and clerical department let me down the last couple months. I had work done in , March. They gave me a bill I paid. Come May they had another balance remaining bill, a surprise, but I paid that. August, 4 months after my appointment, I was given another balance . It shouldn't take 16 weeks to determine what I do and do not owe. Excuse was given about insurance back and forth, but two other dentist offices from the same timeframe determined my balance the week of treatment. Impossible to budget or price work to be done.

So I suggest avoiding this practice if you want to be dealing with honest staff. This practice is extremely unprofessional. I forwarded dental records which they acknowledged receiving and my appointment was for a specific dentist as I was wanting a second opinion from that dentist. My appointment was confirmed by phone and I confirmed it by text as well. Day of appointment I was asked if I could come in a few hours earlier and I agreed. I confirmed that I was seeing a specific dentist in the practice. Upon arrival, 20 mile and 45 minute drive I was given forms to fill out. Again I referred to a specific dentist. The receptionist and staff who took me back and staff who took verbal history in the exam room said nothing then they finally tell me I was seeing another dentist....the one I was to see was unavailable. I am still waiting for the practice to give me the name of their office manager so I can file a complaint but the practice won't give me a name or any person to contact. Deception, lies and nobody in charge that they will name....disgusting. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST PRACTICE. THERE ARE MANY REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO CHOOSE FROM. I now understand why the dentist I wanted to see left the practice.

Only my second visit but everyone is awesome at this facility. Friendly, helpful and professional. From the moment I checked in, Terra and Cameron were very pleasant and welcoming. Even with a humorous side which is always nice to see in today’s world. My hygienist l, Eva, was fantastic!!! She was more thorough than anyone I’ve ever seen. She also did her work without any pain or discomfort to me, which is ideal when going to the dentist. One of the best dental practices I’ve ever been to!

It’s a clean and friendly place also .Respectfully.

I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment, then waited almost a half an hour to be seen. My hygienist & dentist were great. However I didn't appreciate the passive aggressive warning about getting x-rays. I have some anxiety about the visits in general and didn't feel up for the x-rays. I do understand the importance of the x-rays, but felt it could have been handled a little bit better.

Patrick is amazing. He is so nice and helped me out with my child care. Highly recommend him! Plus another time Patrick was so amazing to be so aware of my concerns and limitations. He is very patient and just amazing at his career.
