I made my son an appointment for 10am so I showed up at 930 to fill out his paperwork...... It’s now 10:40 (and no one has even spoke. To us or said how much longer it will be) and still waiting to be seen and the lady at the front desk is now telling me 10 am is when I was sopoused to come in but his appointment wasn’t until 10:30. First off that’s not what was told to me on the phone, second it’s also past 10:30....so there still late. So far just a terrible experience here. Should not have to wait almost an hour and a half just to get a shot! Rediculious....... update: its now after 12:00 and we are still waiting on his shots.

Facility is clean with a professional demeanor about it when you arrive. Service and Staff like Kim Russell who are kind, professional ,down to earth, eager to help and generally care about your well being makes all the difference in the world. That's what separates them from other Dr. Offices in my opinion.

Unfortunately I have been to many doctors offices over the years and even worked at one. And I have to say St Pete Family Care is THE MOST welcoming, caring, and enjoyable office I've EVER been to! To add, no need to worry about the fact that it's an intern office as I used to be apprehensive about that that but not at all here. Add to that the front office staff, especially Hilary, makes you feel like you're at home and like family for sure!

Kim is a fantastic nurse. She listens to you and talks to you like an equal. She doesn't talk down to you ever. Dr. Wu (resident) is a nice intern/doctor who talks to you not at you. He is easy to understand when he speaks up because he is soft spoken.
