Doctor was good, staff seemed nice but good luck getting a refund when you and your insurance company both pay the co-pay. I've been trying since May 15, 2023 to get a refund from my 2 office visits. Today is Sept. 20, 2023. It's less than $300. Nothing to the practice but several bills for me.

No problem. Dr Abid explained the possible causes of the symptoms that led me to him. He was thorough and courteous. His staff was competent and treated me in a professional manner.

Terrible to my 92 year old Aunt! He and his staff keep her waiting for over 2 hours when she has an appointment. Once she went with great difficulty only to have the staff tell her that the Dr. was not coming in that day. The Dr's bedside manner is horrible. He talks to the patient looking at his computer screen, instead of looking at the patient. When she goes for a shot, it still takes 2 hours for the staff to give it to her, and she doesn't even see the Dr.. Please do yourself a favor and find another Dr., trust me on this review!

I had a great first visit with Dr. Abid. He was very kind and took time to get to know me and explain things to me. His staff is equally kind and very efficient. I appreciate his expertise.

I was scheduled for an appointment for today and the office is closed! I never even got a phone call from anyone to advise! I even took time off work and it’s raining badly! Time to find a new clinic.

Pretentious. No follow through. Told me to my face i did not have cancer which proven by the correct test i do have cancer. Going to Moffitt cancer center now

My PCP sent me to dr abid. He had been in touch with by PCP and when he first saw me he asked when I was doing there. I told him he had all Dr Fana‘s records in front of him and he should understand that my numbers were riding and there was no reason found. He looked directly at me and told me that I did not have cancer. Further research showed that I had stage 4 lung cancer. He never got up from his desk . And never examined me. Never ordered any tests. He is a disgrace
