I am BEYOND grateful for this place and for Yelp space- making it possible to find. I came into Florida for vacation and came down with a terrible sinus infection right after landing (humidity hates me). I absolutely did not want to go to urgent care or ER but had such a high fever that I know I needed meds. The virtual process connecting with a Dr. after downloading the app was so easy and smooth, and I needed that because of how sick I was. I couldn't be more happier. The Dr. was nice and understanding and efficient; it all only took 15ish mins and my prescriptions were ready within the hour for me to pickup. This is how it should be and I wish this was more available all over the US. THANK YOU!!!!!

This is the best walk in clinic I have ever been to. I went today for really bad sinus infection symptoms. I got a covid test (negative) and then was sent home with antibiotics and nasal spray. I got all of this done in less than 30 minutes and did not have to wait, at all. They also didn't charge a copay. I was amazed by how quick everything was and how nice everyone was that worked here. The NP was very knowledgeable! Will be back here whenever I am sick.

I sent my 90yr old reluctant Grandmother her, despite her thinking she didn't need to be seen. She walked out giving an all around glowing review. She stated that the Nurse & Doctor couldn't have been nicer. She was also in and out (but not rushed out) in no time. Thank you for showing her kindness and care in getting her back on the mend.

What can I say? Amazingly fast!! I came in for ear pain and in less than 30 minutes I got what I needed and discharged. Everyone is so nice and efficient. Plus it's a subsidiary of TGH so it gets 2 thumbs up!! Recommend! I would've been in the ER for 8 hours for sure!

Sandra (MA), Parker (front desk), and Aaron (PA) were all very kind and helpful when I was feeling really awful. There was no wait time, everything was clean, and it seemed like they were very thorough while also respecting that I was paying out of pocket and didn't need every test under the sun. Would definitely go back here. Thank you!

Went 10 days ago as I could not get in to see my primary . Thought I had Strep throat and yes I did. They were thoroughly professional, caring & took care of me in a very timely fashion . Went back today fir a follow up . Again all staff were caring & professional. I chose this particular clinic because it's on my insurance plan and close to home . Highly recommend to

How do you pick a health care provider while on vacation? Will the provider be competent, like home? Will the office be clean and up to date? Not sure how I lucked out picking an Urgent Care, but TGH met my expectations. My insurance listed TGH as a provider, they asked all the questions I wanted them to consider, the exam was thorough, the provider explained the reasons for her diagnosis and treatment, and considered my input. Highly professional. Even offered the prescription I needed at their officee, so no need for a second stop at a pharmacy. If I'm unlucky enough to get sick again while in St Pete, I'll return to TGH.

I don't visit the doctors as often as I probably should..but had been struggling with what I thought was a cold...which led to a touch of Bronchitis. After changing insurance providers at the first of the year, I never selected or committed to a primary care physician...which when I needed to visit a doctor today..led to confusion. My insurance company referred me to Fast Track Urgent Care Center. I called around 1pm to set up appointment...they said.."Just come in!" I did...filled out the new patient paperwork..and within 10 minutes was in to get my vitals..and within 5 minutes... Dr. Nicole Frommann came in. (**NOTE** To anyone that has had to wait 30-40 minutes..this place was FAST!!). I gave to her my issues...& she stated what I thought it might be...(Bronchitis). She then decided that she wanted to give me a breathing apparatus that would administer 4 times the dose of medicine than my prescription would..just to kick start the treatment. She explained what each medication would do..and I was on my way! As a review...the two young ladies that were at the reception desk were very nice and informative. The support staff that took the vitals and administered the breathing apparatus were personable and efficient. Dr. Frommann was very personable, to the point and efficient. This all seems like a normal visit to any Doctors office...but for 25 years, I have been visiting a medical group that had no personality...and the doctor was a tad short on bedside manner. The treatment I received today left me feeling GOOD. Within 20 minutes of the breathing treatment..my chest congestion started breaking up. I have NEVER received that treatment from my old physician. Therefore...I am impressed to say the least... and thought I would share.
