Was helped at the Brandon facility and the following day i was contacted about an issue with my insurance. The woman on the phone was so extremely helpful and kind! It is very rare somebody in the medical industry ever seems to care but this woman went above and beyond to help me and i am very grateful. Her name is Kalysto and it was a very refreshing interaction that helped me in more ways than one.

Scheduled appointment online. Came in for the appointment and sat for an hour. After that hour they said they couldn’t do the appointment because they didn’t know how to bill it. I was then instructed to call their client services line to see what they recommend. Their customer relations said it wasn’t an issue to do the services, I would just have to pay out of pocket. They continued to give me the run around for 30 more minutes. I called the bay care down the street and they were able to provide the requested services, without any issue.

The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff, from the front desk to the back-end, are amazing in every way and so nice. I always feel so well taken care of here!!!

Able to walk-in (no appointment needed) was beyond crucial at this point in my career. I didn’t realize my DOT health card had expired. I was about to be unable to work due to this. That same day I was back qualified to resume working. And the PA Cayla Rummens made the exam process stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for DOT exams. And since they are near my house, I will be using them, if necessary, for anything else. Thank you.

The waiting room was crowded but they did a great job moving people. The medical professionals were great. This is my go-to Urgent Care.

My encounter at this urgent care facility was profoundly disappointing. Regrettably, the staff exhibited a marked lack of professionalism and compassion. Despite my evident illness and pressing need for medical assistance, their demeanor was dishearteningly discourteous, and they declined to provide the necessary care. I must earnestly caution against seeking medical attention at this establishment.

This clinic was extremely slow, waited 2 hours for a sore throat, I was one of the very few people there.

Edit: After a couple hours I was able to connect to a billing representative. Overall experience of this facility was pleasant. Unfortunately this sudden billing experience was not enjoyable. After almost 10 months, I am just now being notified of an error with my insurance. No attempt to contact me until today. Today I recieved a text message that they will be charging me $250 dollars. I have been attempting to contact the billing department but cannot reach anyone. This is absurd and sudden. This feels incredibly disrespectful and this experience has not been enjoyable. I would like to correct the error with my insurance. I would like to speak to someone.

Always had a positive experience at this UC.The staff immediately welcomes us as soon as we walk in. The waiting area is very clean. Docs are friendly and very thorough. I recommend TGH UC at Apollo!
