Had an appointment waited almost 2 hours. Had to leave without being seen, because I had kids to pick up and it was literally after 5 and I was still waiting. They need better scheduling. Not returning to that office.

Thomas Robinson is an excellent listener and he has all the knowledges to direct you with the specialist than you would need. I know Robinson for 20 years about… I never been disappointed. 5 stars !!

I showed up on time at 1510. My apt was at 1520. At 1600 a pt was called back I asked the lady at the dest if I was next she said that was his 1400 apt and I had 2 other people ahead of me. This is frustrating and inconsiderate of my time. I made an appt for 1520 I should be seen around that time. I will be changing doctors as soon as I can. Very disappointed

Dr. Robison is thorough. Very thorough. But at times I feel like he's so busy going through a checklist on his computer that he might not be 100% present in our conversations. It is almost like I'm there to update my chart for him vs a visit focused on what my needs are. He did cover and answer all my questions. Maybe this is just because he really does encompass all my care information. He doesn't just say, "Oh I'll let your Cardiologist deal with that." He wants to make sure you are up to date on care, which is great. It is just the manner sometimes seems a little like he might be ignoring me while typing his notes on his computer and I am sometimes not sure if he is listening. But these things are easy to overlook when you have someone who clearly is about the whole picture. It is even worth the wait in the waiting room and exam room.
