I saw him may 1 didnt get paperwork until may 15 After Not Seeing Dr. Nienke over 2 weeks not receiving my paperwork i go back to get it. I first speak to a receptionist who couldn't find any paperwork with my name or discharge work so she asked me to sit down. Several minutes later she tells me to come to a back or side door than ask me more information like what Date I came who I came to see I told her so she eventually says oh I gave you paperwork and I said no you didn't. She said yes I did I remember and I said no you didn't and she said oh I remember you walked out yelling and I said oh you didn't hear your doctor thought. She gave me an awkward look and she printed some paper work out and handed it to me after looking through the paper work. As if she had someone in he heads asking her to question me she starts questioning me. As there anything I can help you with? So as I read through it I eventually ask her some questions annoyingly ask what don't I understand all the questions i asked her. I then asked her to ask dr nienke was he still reffering pain management she says he said he never said that and i said thats a fib so i asked can I speak to him she says something about he is in a conference or something but she can get someone else's so i refuse to speak to anyone else. Reading more things then eventually she says I have to take a call do you mind. I never heard the phone ring and she ask is there anything else i can help with anf from the tone in her voice and body language I knew it time to go. Wouldn't recommend this team or doctor or staff super rude and unprofessional my trip here was unpleasant I hate how I didn't record his unprofessionalism attitude with my phone if only they have cameras and acess to that day audio or visual you all Wouldn't come to this doctor or it could be that i am an African American citizen trying to sue a company he isn't trying to help me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR THEY ARE CROOKS!! I was in-between jobs and had personal insurance with a high deductible when I herniated a disk. I was in a lot of pain, so I decided to get and MRI and see a doctor knowing I would be paying out of pocket. I went to this medical office for a doctor visit for them to look at my MRI and tell me my options or if there was anything they could do. They suggested an x-ray although I came with an MRI that I had taken a few days earlier, but I agreed not knowing. I did however know that I would be paying out of pocket, I made it clear to them that I wanted to pay in full out of pocket before I went there. When leaving the office, I again told them I want to pay in full out of pocket. I was charged $81.02. I paid $81.02, there is no other reason I would pay a random amount unless that is what they asked for. Two months later I get a bill charging $1015.00 for a 10 minute visit and $234.00 for an x-ray. I paid less for the MRI I had a few days prior, and I had an x-ray done for $50 somewhere else before that!! All the doctor did was looked at x-ray they took and MRI I had brought with me and tell me there is not much they can do, and that surgery is a last resort. I even asked for the billing codes for the surgery because I knew I would have to pay out of pocket! When I called about the bill, they said that I did not fill out the form waiving charging my insurance. How am I suppose to know that I need to fill out a form unless someone tells me that after I say "I WANT TO PAY OUT OF POCKET"! Then she threatened sending me to collections!! CROOKS!!!!! Disgusting that this office is willing to take advantage of people illnesses and when they are in unbearable pain!!!

I accompanied my mother to an appointment for a back issue she was having. I was very impressed with Dr. Nienke's professionalism, thoroughness and compassion. His focus was on her and her issues. He was very informative and allowed the time for her to ask questions while he explained the MRI and education models.

The staff doesn't return phone calls. The front staff is rude. The doctor did no physical examination and relied on tests only to make determination. I wanted to ask questions, and they said I needed to make another appointment.

Awesome doctor and surgeon.

He failed to send a refill to my pharmacy as he promised. His on call will not address prescription refills outside of office hours. They suggest I contact an ER. I called his affiliated hospital where I was a patient until 2 days ago, they said I will not be given an opiate refill even if I come in. I have a spiral fracture of the humerus and the pain is unbearable.

Dr. Nienke, Truly impressed with his overall ability to help with medical issues, overall patient care. Thank you Dr. Nienke. You are an angel.

Dr. Nienke is wonderful! He is calm, gentle, straightforward, and honest. He cares and makes you feel like you matter.

Dr sent me for a steriod injection and told me to make a followup appt after it was done, tried to do that today, he's gone, no warning, no nothing! I am so upset....I am probably going to have to start this whole ordeal over again...I can't say enough about how upset I am!

I would love to give him more but he resigned. No warning just poof. Just a tad over a week before my surgery. I'm really unhappy.
