I have just started seeing Dr. Woodward at Total Vitality in St. Pete after my auto accident. Dr.Woodward and his staff truly care about his patients and are upbeat and make sure that you receive different modalities to try and heal you. Their goal is to try and heal you versus giving you medications that are a band aid. My treatment begins with ice and a TENS unit and then I go for a massage to loosen up my tight areas. I then go to see James who stretches out my entire body. I highly recommend this group and Dr. Woodward!

BOARD OF MEDICINE AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATIONS COMPLAINTSi was a patient of nurse practitioner Kathy Gonzales (not Spanish) in November 2020. i have Gulf War Syndrome. She stated to me that she treated mycoplasma infections and would provide me with the two (2) year course of antibiotics and other meds needed to treat. This woman is a witch! She sent in 12 antibiotic tablets and 30 of the rest. When i asked her why she reneged on what i paid her for, she told me that i did not test positive enough for mycoplasma! What a total lying idiot! The owner is age 83 and retired David Wolstein at cell 727-422-9564, who will not do a damn thing about anything that goes in his clinic. This clinic and its medical professionals working there are everything that is wrong with corrupted America!

They take the time to listen and pay attention to detail. Love that I can have check ups, and have my PT appointments there as well. The whole staff is friendly and helps with any questions or anything I need. Total Vitality is awesome!

New patient, wonderful experience at Total Vitality St Pete location for checkup and various issues. Everyone was patient, understanding, professional and seemed to love what they do. Very welcoming. You don't feel rushed and you get prompt attention unlike with so many other doctors!! They were interested in my health and wanted to clarify everything.

I started going to this practice a few years ago. I love the staff - they always know who I am when I call and you can tell they truly listen to you and care about you as a patient. I see Dr. Kathy for regular medical as well as yearly exams, and Dr. Sean for Chiropractic work. I haven't been in for awhile due to insurance issues, but just made all my appointments today after, choosing health insurance, with the final deciding factor being whether or not they accept it. I would not have chosen a plan that would have required me to go anywhere else!!
