Dr. Mukayed saved my life more than once

Dr. Mukayed is a very knowledgeable compassionate and thorough doctor. He first cared for me at Northside Hospital and I liked him so much that I became a patient in his office too. Im in the healthcare field and other providers hold him in very high regard as well. I think he is conservative in his care which I appreciate very much. He will absolutely do what is necessary but tries less invasive methods before recommending surgical intervention.

Ive been with Doc since 1995 and has saved my life fram a heart attack. Iam a woman was in my 40s and he told me before all the test were in I had blocked artery he was right 99%. Now 2011 he is still my Doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Im 39 years old and my blood pressure was 213109. I was in the hospital for 5 days and have never had any blood pressure problems prior. Dr. Mukayed was very thorough in checking my heart and doing all the necessary testing. Luckily I did not have a stroke or heart attack. Since there were no heart problems and I do not drink or smoke or have a family history he said it was likely due to stress and I agree with him. He has been a great doctor and has been very patient and helpful with all my questions. The medication he has given me is helping and my BP is now getting under control with the help of an anxiety pill. I would highly recommend Dr. Mukayed to anyone. Hes a wonderful doctor and very kind.
