William Lowry's Online Review Report Card

Horrible experience with this physician and unresponsive staff.

Not happy with this Dr or his staff at all. Waited in the waiting room for almost an hour, only for the nurse to come out and state “she was ready for us”. No hi, how are you, can I help you? Can I help wheel your grandmother to the back? Got in the room and she was very rude and unprofessional. Waited another hour and the Dr finally came in. He was very sarcastic the whole time and very short with what he was doing. Saw him for maybe 5 minutes and then he left without any help or answers. We waited another 20 minutes before we walked ourselves out to the check out counter. I was struggling to open the door with the wheelchair and not one staff member offered to help, except just stared at us. Will never be going back to this practice. Very disappointed.

I was a patient of Dr Lowry’s for 2 surgeries during 2017. I found his services to me to be excellent based on his outstanding professionalism, surgical and orthopedic knowledge and experience, and his extraordinary ability to personally listen to me and then guide me in the correct direction. I recall being post op in the hospital when Dr Lowry came to my bedside, pulled up a chair and talked to me so kindly about my post-op care. Dr Lowry is completely dedicated to his patients, and I so enjoyed my experience and time spent with him as my doctor.

Dr. Lowry might be OK for "typical" injuries, but he was downright wrong in my case, stating "I haven't seen anyone repair this in 20 years", followed by sending me down the wrong track to get other opinions, which added a week of trying 4 other doctors until I finally got to a sport-specific Ortho practice and the surgeon that said "oh, I do 50-75 of these repairs a year". Unless the issue you are seeing Lowry for is a common issue, strongly recommend another Dr./practice.

I am very happy with Dr Lowry, He took his time with me and gave me a Dx ,and a solution to my problem . He also address other problems that will change my life . I really like patience's he took with me . I didn't feel rushed and look forward to my next appt.

Amazing and discerning listening skills, kind with a contagious warm smile! His professionalism, knowledge, and experience are exceptional! Dr. Lowry is completely devoted to his patients and their care and well-being. I was able to fully trust Dr Lowry and his outstanding care for me as his patient.

Irresponsible

This guy is clueless. I have a high tolerance for pain , so to go see the doctor it a big deal. I went in to check my shoulder out. Dr. Lowery spent less then three minutes looking at my shoulder and said that I had issues with my knees by just looking at the way I sat in a chair. I also explained that I had issues with both wrist , but after three exercises nothing. Recommendation was therapy. No MRI because big brother was watching??? I would not recommend Dr. Lowery.

I went to see Dr. Lowry on the recomendation of my insurance carrier. The experience was demeaning and humiliating.He outlined my health care options as he saw fit but was unwilling to discuss my health care options further and when pressed to do so he became defensive and told me to leave. I assure you I was neither disrespectful or rude to Dr. Lowry, so his humiliating and cruel behavior seemed undeserved. I cannot recomend this man.

He was very attentive and told me exactly what I needed to hear. My injury to my leg and ankle was horrible and he got me to the expertise I needed. thank you
