This rating is not for Dr Adams, I like him,he's very nice. The problem is his staff. Dr Adams did breast surgery on me over a year ago. After surgery I wasn't happy,and he agreed. He told me he would do some touch ups,and it would be free,because it was part of original surgery. His staff seems to be the boss of the office. They don't answer text,and don't return calls.I am very unhappy with his office and my breasts look terrible. Im hoping Dr Adams calls me after this review because I don't know what else to do. He's a very understanding person Well, it's March 20th 2023 and still nothing from his office. Im thinking about legal action now. I didn't want to but I can't stay with my breast looking like this, its very depressing . They look just as bad as before surgery

This man is horribly rude to people who are *not* looking to increase their breast size, do not fit the garbage American beauty standards, or struggle with their health and weight. I have had hypertrophic breasts since I was 12 and never had the financial ability to get a reduction. My cervical spine hasn't had the proper curve since I was 24, there's an inward curve to my shoulders, and I have pain in my daily activities due to the weight and awkward size they have grown to over the years of stress and average life changes.When I finally had insurance who would partially cover a reduction *IF APPROVED* and only *after* a consultation with a plastic surgeon, I was referred to this person. Upon my visit, I was bombarded with the exact opposite of the visuals I needed emotionally and there was ONE bit of photo evidence to view of a reduction he had performed, as opposed to literally everything else you can imagine that makes one "prettier."During my exam, his vocal inflection was quite bored and annoyed. When discussing my weight, I explained my history of poverty trauma, the recent losses of three immediate family, my struggle with PTSD and depression, and that exercising is incredibly difficult with my breasts being so large for my 5'1" body. Immediately after this exact statement, he was taking my measurement around my ribcage under them and said, "Underneath all this, what is your true band size?" to which I had to clarify. "Do you mean under my fat -- what was my band size when I wasn't as fat??" and he said yes. I was hurt and disgusted, but answered anyway, clarifying that my band size on my current bra is irrelevant anyway because it accommodates the width of the cup I need. He didn't respond, was quite blunt during his assessment about what could be done, and when I requested a certain size, he basically said "not possible."This exam was in summer of 2019 and after being rejected by the insurance, I told this office I would not need their services again, nor do I want their future mailings. The insurance company gave no particular reason, but I had suspicions... I wrote it off as my bias making me angry and decided not to leave a review.Until today, when I received a birthday wish randomly from their office via an app called Kareo. Meaning this office retained my information, gave it to a third party without my consent, and ON MY BIRTHDAY, I get to sit here and relive being emotionally harmed by someone who is supposed to "remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug." Very cool. Great experience. Totally worth it 4 years later.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, Dr. Adams and staff helped me understand and feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Adams did a wonderful job! I feel comfortable and confident.

Please do your research and find a real reputable Dr and look up all his reviews !

Dr William Adam's is a danger to society! Please report him to the Florida medical board .

Have had multiple procedures done here. Would highly recommend. Dr. Adams is the best! And all of his staff is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

I truly cannot begin to say enough about Dr. Adams as well as his staff. Simply put, Dr. Adams truly did save my life. After Sustaining significant and devastating complications from another surgeon, Dr. Adams spent months Taking care of my complications, from another surgeon, before I underwent my revision. It is not often you will find a surgeon willing to take on very challenging difficult cases that were not the results of their work. He however never considered not helping. Him and his office always made time to go above and beyond to get me seen, evaluated and treated and in a Top notch fashion. He is incredibly gifted, intelligent, and his bedside manner is unparalleled. He has a way to make you feel like everything is going to be not just ok, but perfect. He lives up to his promises. There’s nobody else I would recommend to my patients, colleagues or friends. I am a clinician Myself and have been practicing for over 10 years. I can attest that his skill set and compassion are very rare and something you do not come across often maybe ever. He cannot be topped and I am honored to be his patient. You will not regret it nor will you find better! THANK YOU Dr Adams!

Dr Adams is the BEST surgeon in our area. The reason why he may be a little late as per some of these reviews it’s because he takes the time to get to know his patient and give them the best medical advice that he has. He has taken care of his patients above and beyond what you would expect from any other cosmetic surgeon. There is no one, and I mean no one, I would allow to perform any cosmetic surgery than Dr. Adams. Rest a sure you may be in a little later than expected but you were in the best hands that you possibly could be. Rate this doctor on his compassion and his surgical work not his timeliness because his time is well spent getting to know his clients and sometimes that takes a little longer than expected.

Dr always takes the best care of me. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks to his great staff also friendly and caring!!
