Knowledgeable doctors, nurses, and staff. Easy to get to, free parking in the garage. They could do better at communicating visitor policy, my husband one time waited 1.5 hours in the car after I got the okay to bring him in for our baby's ultrasound. They changed the policy the last minute, and he had to wait outside. The last few visits, I've had to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen... and they advertise for you to come early, but there's no point if you're waiting close to an hour to be seen.

Dr. Wouders is the best Dr. I have ever had so empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and efficient. They all go above and beyond all my expectations.If you are looking for a good OB/GYN look no more!

I've been a patient of Dr. Diner for over a decade. She is just wonderful at making you feel comfortable, listening to concerns, answering questions, and providing excellent healthcare. This location isn't my favorite but that's only because I don't love DTSP, it stresses me out with one-way streets, parallel parking, and parking garages everywhere. If you're looking for a new GYN, look no further!

Horrible place of business this office gives the company a bad name.Rude, Unprofessional & Unorganized.The entire front desk needs to be retrained on how to schedule appointments correctly & continuing patient care. A PATIENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH RECORDS FROM A HOSPITAL YOU ARE AFFILIATED WITH in order for you to provide them service.I had a device put in incorrectly by their GYN, this mistake would of gone unnoticed if I had not been involved in a terrible car accident less than 3 weeks ago & had to have emergency imaging done.When I called there was no urgency to get me in for an appointment which should have been the first sign this was not the place for me.Jenn in the office really took the cake she acted with no compassion, definitely in the wrong field of business!!!I have had terrible experiences with this organization since my daughter's birth 2014 which was botched by their ARNP completely unacceptable =(

Patient centered care is not what you'll receive from this provider.  Appointments are hard to come by.  Even if scheduled months or weeks in advance, expect a cancellation call.  This may occur a week, sometimes 1 business day before your scheduled appointment.  You'll be given one option as a take it/re-adjust your work schedule or leave it attitude.  Biopsy results - don't expect them to be shared quickly.  I would not recommend this office nor the 66th St location.

I would absolutely recommend this office and staff. I have been a GYN patient here for years, and now as an OB patient, I have only grown to feel more grateful for my experience. During the OB process I’ve gotten to meet all of the doctors and can honestly say that they each have been thorough, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The nurse, Mandy, is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She is patient and warm, and makes sure to go to the doctors with any questions when needed, and follows up quickly to put me at ease. When delivering blood test results, she answers any questions and fully explains processes if next steps are needed. Also, there’s lots of bloodwork that comes with pregnancy, and if you are a person who doesn’t do well with bloodwork (like me!) this is the place to go! Make sure to ask that Chelsea do your phlebotomy work, as you can truly not find someone better!! She will make sure you’re completely comfortable and draws blood with speed and ease. I have a history of passing out while getting bloodwork done, but have not passed out once during my entire pregnancy. I really credit this to Chelsea’s expertise and professionalism.

I have been going to this office for the past 10 years and they are absolutely amazing. I have delivered 2 healthy babies and can’t say enough great things about to ENTIRE staff. They honestly care and put you first. Donna Wilkinson has been seeing me for 10 years and she is a caring and knowledgeable professional with a great sense of humor. I have worked with every doctor there throughout my pregnancies and they are all great. Manuela, the medical assistant is always a pleasure, and so are the girls at the front desk. Making an appointment is a breeze, and wait times are short. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!
