The MAs are wonderful and I love nurse Jason he’s so compassionate and caring actually the whole team is. I don’t go to all children’s hospital anymore because this is my hospital lol my boys and I love coming here they rockkk!

If I could give this place a 10 star review I would ! Let’s first start with the Rob which so happens to be the operations manager greeted me with a warm welcome . Luz the medical assistant has such a great personality , very patient , kind and has great bed side manners. Payton & Teri the physicians came in as soon as Luz was finished taking vitals and immediately addressed my sons concerns . I have never been to an urgent care that has presented this standard of patient care . Also let’s talk about the facility ! Clean , clean , clean ! It smells so fresh when you walk into the building . I made it very clear to the staff that I will for now on ONLY come here if my kids are in need of urgent care ! Great Job Rob you have done an amazing job with your staff !

Our pediatrician recommended Your Kid's Urgent Care when they couldn't get us in for a sick visit. I was a bit hesitant but ended up having a very pleasant experience. The place was very clean and the staff was all kind and efficient. They were great with my 9 month old. There are TVs in the rooms for the kiddos too. I will definitely return in the future!

Didn't have to wait long,actually pretty quick. Verry professional. Staff was kind to my son. I will say one of the cleanest aftercares i've been in.

Terrible Service. We were at this location at 6:00 pm Sept 6th. Our 2 year old son hurt his foot, the woman at the front desk was beyond rude. She refused to see our son because it it was “close” to closing time at 8:00pm . Very obvious she did not want to do any work the 2 hrs before closing. We were in the waiting room for 5 minutes and heard 3 different excuses that they could not even seen him. (Nobody else in the waiting room) We left and went down the street to st Pete general hospital and had a great experience. Would recommend skipping this place and going down the street.
