Another terrible experience at this location. My daughter was sick while I was out of town. I prepared everything for her aunt to be able to take her in for pink eye. Pre registered, signed all consent forms, even called ahead to speak to someone to make sure they would have no issues checking in. Well, they ended up turning my sick 1 year old daughter away because of their “system.” Oh! They also said she had never been there, which is false but also it’s an urgent care? So then I called them upset, because not only did they lie to me via the phone, they then rudely put me on hold for 20 minutes to see what they could do to then just hang up on me and say nothing. What a joke of a place! Do not recommend.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Wait time was short, staff was helpful and professional

Everyone was so kind, warm and welcoming here. Urgent care isn’t fun for any mom but it helps to have caring people to help. We were in and out with thorough evaluation and solution.

Misdiagnosed ear infection.

We ended up going here as a last resort because all of our pediatricians offices were booked for two days. When we arrived, the sign read OPEN but nobody was there. A lady in the parking lot advised us to wait because she was told the Drs were returning in an hour. By the time the Drs arrived there was approximately thirty people waiting. They expected us all to then cram inside a very small waiting area. There were several kids there that were Covid positive and they did nothing to quarantine them from the rest of the sick children. There was at least ten empty exam rooms that they could’ve used to separate these Covid positive kids from us. We decided to stand outside which was terrible when it’s 90 degrees out and my son has a high fever. We stood outside for over an hour and an half even tho we were third in line. The Dr acted very frustrated and rushed through the entire evaluation. Needless to say, we won’t ever come back here again.

I won't bring my sons back doctor miss diagnosed my him and said it was allergies. and had to take them to his primary doctor they told me he had strep throat.

Evertime we need to go to the urgent clinic the service is excellent, they always take care of my girl right away, barely any waiting. The clinic is very clean, and the personal is excellent as well. They explained everything they were doing to her, and transferred her to All Children's when it was need it.

My overall experience was great! My daughter as a young woman becoming understood every question that was asked, and most of all I appreciate her provider’s understanding and allowing my daughter to speak for herself. At the conclusion of our visit the prescription made it to the pharmacy before we got out of Urgent Care’s parking lot

The nurse practitioner, Alison, was wonderful. She listened to our concerns and was super helpful with guidance and advice on what to do with our son.
