Took forever but I know that cant be controlled at times. 4 stars because the nurse who took my sons vitals was a bit rude. Seemed more like a nurse that needs to work at a adult urgent care rather one for children. It was a busy night in her defense. Other than that check in was easy and fast. The front desk was nice. The Dr who saw my son was bit sarcastic i guess? But she was pretty straight forward cant complain 🤷 Would come back and would recommend over - all.

The front desk was so incredibly rude bc I called to let them know I was running late to our appointment (which is not even a guaranteed appt time) and in doing so she decided they were closing early, well 2 min later I pulled up in front of the building to see people in the waiting room, the open sign on and plenty of employees sitting around. We went elsewhere.

We come here sometimes when there’s no alternative except going to an ER which is not always necessary. Unfortunately EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been here we lose at the very least 2 hours between waiting to be seen and leaving. When I tell you this place doesn’t have it together, I mean it! The staff might be nice but they are never competent enough. Today was the last straw for us. We spent 2 and a half hours for a minor thing. It’s ridiculous. We walked out at that point and without the results yet. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were unable to see our pediatrician and this was recommended to us. Quick and efficient service with care and compassion. We were able to check in and wait in the comfort our car. All individuals were professional and caring from the front staff to the nurses and doctor.

I was there a little bit ago on 12/03/2021 @ stone ridge and the two front office ladies were there one of the front lady i dont know her name but i believe were indian/pakistani tried to help me but i had more questions and i tried asking the other lady she was this busy taking on her phone that i asked a question like 3 to 4 times like seriously is that what she gets paid for so disappointed left without having an answer for my question thanks to wonderfull staff

The staff was very helpful and kind and the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were very thorough and caring. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
