Little Spurs at 151 Access Road is my go to facility for my children's urgent care needs. As a military family, having the option to get great care outside of a military facility is important. Little Spurs has an easy appointment request system, really nice staff and takes Tricare. The Providers are knowledgeable and patient while addressing my concerns. They always ensure that my children leave with a smile no matter how scared they were when they entered.

The service was great! Came in to have daughter checked and everything was really quick and Dr was fantastic! Came in 30 mins before closing time, and did not feel at all rushed in any way. She did a thorough exam and listened very carefully to all my concerns. Since the visit was on Sunday, pharmacy and other offices were closed, so she made sure to get her accurate meds as a proactive treatment and even offered me her personal number in case I had any problems filling prescription immediately. She truly seemed to care and wanted to make sure my daughter was feeling better. Thank you so much to the staff!

First time visit and everyone was so professional and thorough as well as attentive to my little one. They made him feel comfortable and treated him like he was their own child. I will definitely recommend them and bring my little one back if needed. ♥️

I had to take my son here for an injury he had at school. The check in was easy and front desk was nice. The doctor who saw my son was very nice. The only thing that didn't sit well with me was the nurse who took us to the room and did an initial check up on my son. My son is very shy and the nature of his injury was embarrassing for him, the nurse was snappy at my son for not responding to his questions. To the point where he asked "is he mute?". He seemed rather annoyed by this instead of taking the time to talk to my son like any caring physician would. It wasn't till we got home that I realized that he was being a bit rude because my son apologized to me for not responding to the nurse. No child should be made to feel like they did something wrong especially when they go somewhere to get medical attention. If you don't like children, then maybe you shouldn't be a pediatric nurse.

Love being able to schedule an appt time online to reduce wait times! I equally appreciate their use of technology to allow forms to be completed online and the ability to check in from a mobile phone upon arrival. Finally, the staff were all very friendly.
