I walked in, waited for two hours when I was told it was going to be 45 minute wait. When I finally asked when we were going to be seen they told me all the online appointments will be seen before me. So in other words my son wasn't going to get seen and they were going to let us just sit there. I wish they would've told me we didn't have an appointment and walking in doesn't get you a spot in line... MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT ONLINE bc walking in doesn't mean you'll get seen or a spot. And they don't tell you anything.. I called into work for this I just wish I was informed better.

There was this one rude nurse named Valerie, every simple question I asked her, she would give me a rude response & she did the same to my mother. No matter how nice we were, she was very unkind as if we were bothering her. The front desk ladies were though & Bethany was great!

This was my 1st time taking my child to get checked out for a hurt ankle. Everyone we spoke/dealt with we're very nice and friendly. The PA was very helpful. I recommend going.

Very easy to make appointment and fill out paperwork online. Easy check in. Wait time wasn't bad at all. Facility was very clean and neat. Staff was amazing. Really great experience here. I will only be taking my kids here from now on.

I’ve been here before wasn’t great but also not the worse….. BUT this time the staff was so attentive. Beyond pleased. Very prompted, & they were ready to get the ball rolling once they saw my 5 year old was hard of breathing. Kristy & Olga AWESOME. Very pleased with our care this visit
