This is the 3rd time this month I have had to take my kiddos to Little Spurs and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors, they have always been fast, kind and respectful to us. They take their time and go over everything and even send a text a few days later to check up on us.

We are visiting family from California and little man didn't respond too well to San Antonio's allergy offerings. We came in and they took great care of us. Literally the friendliest group of people. I wish we could take them back with us. Thanks for saving our little early Christmas!

Went for xray. Live hour away only to get there and the x ray machine doesn't work. Would gave zero stars if I could.

The two ladies at the front Delaney and Pam were amazing!!!! They made me feel at ease and Delaney helped me with my stuff with my seven month old. Also, Dr. Madison was very nice and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and extremely patient with my questions regarding my seven month old. Thank you Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent care for your excellent service.

I have been going here with both my boys for almost 13yrs and they have continuously been amazing! Staff has always been friendly and attentive. Today I took my baby in unexpectedly and in an hour we left we confirmation on an eat infection and a prescription was sent to our pharmacy. Highly recommend ⭐️

Booked around 7 AM an appointment for 10:05 AM and another for my other child around 11:25 AM the same date. Checked in around 10 AM, website showed 8 people booked ahead and 5 walked in. Estimated wait time was unclear. If they open at 9 AM, how are 8 people booked, 5 expect to be seen, and it does not appear that many, or anyone, has been seen? Makes no sense to me and is unfair to those who book time slots. Wish they had faster service.
