We had to wait a little while as they were very busy, but I did not mind the wait due to front staff and back office and doctor being all very nice, sympathetic and attentive to my children. Loved the atmosphere and attitudes! Id definitely would come back for any of my children's needs.

Second time at this location, and will continue to come back! The staff was all very friendly and helpful and so kind to my son. We checked in online and were seen within 10 minutes. We had a rapid test done so we did have to wait for those results, but the whole visit was right at 35 minutes. Rudy, the PA, was super knowledgeable and so sweet to my son. The entire staff was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Appointment for 10:15, sat for an hour with excessive people in the waiting area. Two different families arrived after us were called back. This place has turned into an unorganized dump. Skip this location!

I always have an amazing experience here. I am seen quickly and efficiently. The tech and the nurse practitioner are so kind and very easy to speak to. They make me feel comfortable taking my 1yo here and I feel they are very thorough.

Love Fredericksburg Rd location. Front desk staff, Teresa and Alexis are always professional,respectful, and prompt. The Nurses and Drs are always considerate of their patients and the parents concerns. We never leave there with any concerns or doubts. Ontop of the wonderful healthcare they always call the next day to check on my child.
