Called after receiving an email that stated the performed a DOT and ATF on an employee that is not ours. How can I be sure? We have not had employees since Covid-19 came on the scene in 2020. I called the Broadway office which transferred me to corporate office. Obviously the rude behavior.....the unprofessional behavior starts at the top for even though it is their mistake, she had the edacity to hang up the phone. Tried to call back but to no avail.

I walked for a drug test, but my company forgot to send the paperwork. The nurses called my company to remind them I was already there and waiting for authorization. The best part they didn't forget I was there. NOW THAT REAL SERVICE 💯 👌

I went to Nova Medical center for a job to get a drug screen and physical. While there the staff was friendly and very professional. In the past I’ve been to different facilities and it wasn’t as near as fast as novas services and get give you your results right there as soon as everything is done. Thanks Nova

There was a problem with my orders but the nurse assisting me as very polite and explained what happened. I even had to go back but she was so nice I didn’t mind going back. Awesome experience.

From the minute I walked in everyone was very courteous and professional and I also noticed that they treated everyone else the same way. I felt welcome and at ease, the staff and Doctor were totallythorough all the way up until the time I exited.the building. They answered all my questions and explained everything withpatience and in detail.also the Nova building was neat and cleanplenty of hand sanitizer.
