Worst place ever! Had to come because my son had Asthma and they didn’t even have albuterol on hand!!!! What doctor doesnt carry medicine ?? The doctor was very rude ( William Ennis ) put so much fear in us when all he needed was a breathing treatment . We left and found a pediatrician walk in clinic and they took us and cured his breathing immediately! Do not go to this place!!!! I repeat do not go to this place !

A huge thank you to all the staff for getting our daughter in so last minute. We waited maybe 10 minutes before getting her seen. Thankfully, it was just a case of nursemaid’s elbow, but they were graciously willing to offer x rays if needed even though they usually don’t do ped x rays. Highly recommend for an urgent care!

The clinical staff (shay, nurse Taisha, and the physician Dr. Kramer) were all super nice, efficient, and helpful. Truly deserving of the 5 star rating.

I went to Advent Health Centra care Sanford tonight for an earache. Shay at the front desk was very sweet and professional. They got me back quickly Taisha had the best patient care. She had to flush my ears and even though it was unpleasant she was very gentle and kind! Dr. Kramer had great bedside manner and was also kind and gentle, my ears were very uncomfortable and he did a great job getting the remaining wax out so he could see my ear drum. Overall I would recommend Advent Health Centracare in Sanford!
