Went to Bhalwany for 6 years+, treated for hypertension so I saw him every three months. 30 minutes before my recent appointment, the office called after confirming with me a day before and indicated that I will need a new doctor as the they do not accept my insurance anymore (major carrier - Cigna). I asked to have my prescription for blood pressure medication renewed and they declined. The staff is horrible. Katherine, their office insurance person and receptionist, hung the phone up on me.

Dr is good I like him. The office staff is not so good, things are not handled in a timely manner and they are rude. Sometimes I think I should change Drs because of them.

Office staff does not know what they are doing, always new students can not get refurals in a timily maner takes weeks for them to send requests to your Ins. company. Office staff is there to play and just put their time for a pay check.
