Cristy Wong's Online Review Report Card

I would not recommend this primary care physician to anyone especially pediatric patients. The quality of service is poor it is extremely difficult to schedule appointments. I have attempted numerous times to obtain my child's immunization records they'll direct me to fax a form or use their app neither method delivers results. I have been taking my children here since 2014 and it has never been this bad. I'm will be switching providers as soon as my medical plan allows. If I could rate them a 0/5 I would.

Worst doctor my children has ever seen. Only Dr. Wong. She is very disrespectful and condescending. I was supposed to make this review 6 years ago, but better late than never to warn ppl. Go to IKids pediatrics, Altamonte Peds, or Interlochen, anywhere is better, where ever she goes, run and run fast. She has a slick mouth. Simply unprofessional🤨All of those so called good reviews were either bought, bribed, or from her staff, family, and friends. Surely can't be real.

Bad experience with the receptionist named ibeth, very rude. It seems that I came to ask for something as a gift. She called to make an appointment because my son was in the hospital. I told her if I could have an appointment for my other son who was sick and she He said no, that only the one that had Hospitalized state, meaning that the health of my other son does not matter super rude. Mala experiencia con la recepcionista llamada ibeth muy grosera pareciera que yo venia a pedir algo regalado.. ella llamo para hacer una cita por que mi hijo estuvo en el hospital yo le dije si podia tener una cita para mi otro hijo que estaba enfermo y me dijo que noo que solo el que habia Estado hospitalizado osea que la salud de mi otro hijo no importa super groserisima.

Dr. Christy Wong has seen my daughter since she was 1 year old. We've love her. For the last 6 years we will only see her unless it's an after-hours issue the little has. Mia is not the kind of child that will warm up easy to many. Dr. Wong has taken the time over the years to build a bond my child. Can't race enough about Dr. Wong

Last year didnt have no problem having both of my kids inside the same room, now their appt is separate, and if are their 15 min late they wont even pass the kids, last year didnt have this problem at all, deff I am changing my kids. always is a problem with them.

Dr. Wong was absolutely amazing. I have been to a few pediatricians since I moved to Florida and so happy I found her. Although I had to wait a while for our first initial appointment, it was worth the wait. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions to where my daughter and I could understand. Her staff were also very nice.

Excellent Doctor, attentive and respectful. Her staff is amazing too.

We moved to the Altamonte Springs area in 2014. Dr. Wong has been amazing. She really knows how to interact with the kids and is good at following up. My daughter actually looks forward to go to the Dr. just to see her. Never a long wait time. She directs a lot of communication with the child to make sure they meet certain goals through her conversation with them (word articulation, drawing shapes etc.). She is awesome!!!

It doesn’t get much better than Dr. Wong. She very kind, attentive and takes her time to go over all of your concerns. She is very parent oriented and welcomes your opinion without be condescending or demeaning. I have a daughter with special need (Autism) Dr.Wong helped me get all the referral she needed all in one appiment. She truly is wonderful!

Two of my kids seen Dr. Wong since they was born. I don't know how to appreciate her. As a single mom.When my 1st kid was born.i have no ideas and so many questions.Dr. Wong loves my kid and she always have patience and teaches me a lot knowleges about kids. I trust her. She is a excellent Doctor. Lucky I found her as soon as I moved here.
