Doesn’t even deserve one star! The most disrespectful, dishonest and disorganized office staff and physician I have had to deal with. They don’t even have computer charting either. Save yourselves and go elsewhere.

I go to Dr. Cohn because he is skilled and discusses his diagnosis with you, and makes sure you understand it before you leave. His staff is friendly, and competant and do a great job in preparing you for the doctor. My wife also goes there and says the same thing. Wait time is normal doctor. Be advised that when he dialates your eyes, it takes time for the stuff to work, and you are not being cast aside. If you are not comfortable with driving home with dialated eyes have someione else drive you. ( I do this) If you want to be examined for glasses, state so BEFORE they dialate your eyes

My first two visits with Dr. Cohn were great. Everyone in his office was very professional and they were able to recommend my first ever pair of glasses at 68 years old and it was a big help. I had my yearly appt. scheduled for today(2/3) and received no follow up so I called them yesterday. I was informed my appt. was cancelled and would have to be rescheduled for Dec. 15 . I had no notice and I guess they were just going to let me show up for my appt and tell me to go home. (An hour drive) Very shoddy treatment and I am sorry to say I will be finding a new ophthalmologist even though my two previous visits were great. The lady on the phone was somewhat rude and showed absolutely no remorse for such crappy treatment of a patient. Mind you, I have had this scheduled for a YEAR. Not happy at all . My poor review is more due to the awful customer care than the treatment of Dr. Cohn and his medical staff.

Dr. Cohen is so courteous, such a good listener. He answers all questions clearly, and no issue is too small for him to address. He is very thorough, and one never feels he's rushing through just to get to his next patient. His years of experience and accompanying knowledge instill in me the comfort and confidence that I am being treated by a very good doctor.

Never thought I would find a doctor as great as the one I had in Miami but Dr. Cohen is just as great! I will use him for all my eye care.
