Walgreens and I have been calling and texting over a week now for a refill prior to surgery November 24....I am canceling surgery and looking for another surgeon sad really, I Never do reviews but this is unprecedented.
Your personal and Dr Shoenburg are expectacular Is a pleasure to have an ENT office like this Thank you so much for taking care of me and resolve my problem God Blessed you all
Excellent and professional. The best I have seen in his field of medicine.
Para ser mi primera vez fue excelente súper excelente
I wish I could give this doctor zero stars. I had gone to the hospital for a very bad ear infection and a ruptured ear drum. They referred me to Dr Schoenberg to follow up with after my six day hospital stay. I waited an hour and 30 minutes just to be seen. He walked in looked at the ear in question for a second. Said “yup, you have a bad tear in it and need surgery” and walked out the door. Didn’t look at my other ear at all, didn’t answer any of my questions. His assistant came back and basically slapped a referral to a surgeon at me. I was still having pain, balance issues and tons of questions. At least the doctor I was referred to was a competent doctor who then gave me a hearing test, looked in both ears, pulled out wax from my good ear, drained fluid from my bad ear. Just from draining the fluid I could hear 30% better. He also told me after a rupture they don’t even talk about surgery until after 6-8 weeks because normally a ruptured ear drum will heal itself and mine was almost healed and he would see me in 8 weeks. Treated miles better than Dr Schoenberg who is a complete quack with zero bedside manner or respect, just in it for the money.
I don't have anything bad to say about with the Dr himself, I found him attentive but his staff is completely unresponsive. You can't get a live person on the phone even in an emergency. It's been 2 days since I ruptured my ear drum and asked for an emergency appointment. I still haven't gotten a call back. Luckily there's a lot more choices in the area than there used to be.
He was actually one of the first doctors to run tests to make sure what was really going on . And he listens . Definitely recommend him to anyone
He just wants to finish the appointment quickly to see another patient I guess, he doesn't take any time to examine the patient or try to figure out what the problem is
Very good doctor.
Needed to establish a relationship with a new ENT doc. Moved here from Ohio and had oral cancer almost 10 years ago. In case something comes up, wanted to be prepared.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
