Second visit was a much better experience.

Dr. Singer was awesome my son needed to be admitted to hospital she called everyday to check on him and his progress. Ive never had a PCP take so much time on there own behalf to check on there patients. She helped my son and I step by step threw the entire process Im so thankful we have her and my childrens PCP.

Friendly staff. Amazing Dr. been at the Sanford location for 3 years now started at their office on 436 and then to the winter springs location. I move a lot. But theres always been one within driving distance.

If your child is on a monthly prescription for adhd a narcotic at that be prepared to have to fight EVERYYYYY month to have it filled even though it’s electronically sent. Doesn’t matter if you call send a message through the portal or speak with a nurse who makes it an “urgent” matter it’s a fight EVERY MONTH.Update we switched to a different doctor in the office and things are SO MUCH BETTER Brian the manager had been a huge help in making this change work for us. Fingers crossed the smooth sailing stays.

First choice pediatrics in Sanford Florida has made my life and my family’s lives miserable since the day I started bringing my children there. Dr Mota is a gem and he is the only reason I went back more than once. Every single other human who works in their office including the administration are useless and I cannot emphasize this enough. No matter how many times my previous pediatrician faxed my children’s records to First Choice they never “received” them. Now that I have transferred my children to a good pediatrician’s office First Choice would never “receive” the records release form. We had confirmation of fax going through. We double and triple checked their fax number. We walked into their office and hand delivered the release. They misbilled my child’s visit through insurance and 1.5 hours of waiting in their waiting room where they kept us hostage before our next appointment wasn’t enough time for them to figure it out. We escalated to management who begged us to stay but still didn’t fix the bill. Tired of dealing with them we paid the bill. 6 months later they sent the bill to collections The bill I never should have received and had already paid anyways. I cannot stand them and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them or any of their locations.

We see Dr Singer. At the Sanford location. She is absolutely amazing and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I changed from the deltona office to the Sanford office just so they could continue to Dr. Singer.

Wonderful kind and caring staff. Dr. Singer makes my daughter feel comfortable and shes a delight. Everyone is very welcoming.

Hands down the most unprofessional practice in the world. 1010 would not recommend bringing your kids to these people. The staff are rude and disrespectful. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and by far the nastiest staff ever. They don’t want to help. They don’t care about their patients or the parents they’re dealing with. They do less than the bare minimum and I look forward to seeing them in court for their unsafe practices. Save yourselves the trouble and hassle and just go somewhere else.
