This place is great. 1 star because your phone service is not working. And been not working for at least this past month. It’s staticiky, the push 1, push 2, etc does not work. You can’t select an option. I had to physically go in to make an appointment. It’s 3 weeks later and the phone is still not working. I just tried to refer my friend and her kids here and it’s the same problem on her phone. I also tried our work phone. Same issue. Can we get the phones fixed FCP??
