Deserve a zero! I was never told about a step in the process of getting a bridge and was told they would call me when thE new bridge was ready. I never received the call and so I called twice (a month apart) to find out when she could get the permanent one. The first time, I was told it wasn’t ready yet. “We will call you”, the temp bridge came out and when I called again, they said it was never ordered. No one offered an apology but instead was told it was my fault. Incompetence!

avoid this dentist and all of the Greenberg dental facilities like the plague. Dr. Michael Ward in the Sanford location by the water is one of the worst dentists I have ever dealt with. simple doesn't care about you or why you are there. all he sees is dollar signs and how he can extract as much money from you as possible. he also has no problem causing issues and leaving you in the position where you can either pay to fix them or deal with them. Wait 50 mins to be seen then they have to reschedul for a simple sealant because they don't have time to finish their job. First and last visit! He spent about 12 seconds with my kids, learned nothing, checked nothing!

This office has no respect for people's time! Dentist was extremely rude. I ended up walking out and taking my records. I wouldn't want a person like that treating me. At my first appointment it took 2 hours just to get my teeth cleaned! I should have never came back. PS. After getting a second opinion from a credible dentist I am 100% sure this guy is a joke.

Never go to this dentist Dr Michael ward is smug and shows no sympathy for pain he hurt me worse than anyone ever has in my 32 years of life absolutely terrible service save your time and money go anywhere else
