Hello Optical Outlets! Jennifer literally has the worst customer service ever & treat her coworkers horribly. She never greets her patients, always have an attitude present before entry, I can go on & on! I hope she does not last there long. Moreover, my daughter Lily & I had the worst experience!! Never again!! Please changer her demeanor or else I will get in contact with cooperate & show the videos of how she is rude!!

They got my prescription wrong and tried to charge me again for the exam then they broke my personal frames that they also charged me 70 dollars extra for and that was a first for that I asked for my money back and I had no response on anything and I was very nice about everything so I went to my credit card company and they are handling it so me personally I will never go there again if my card company doesn't get my money back I will be out of around 449 dollars plus what I paid for my frames and my insurance company will be out of 550 dollars

So just got fired few mins ago so let's talk about it.Jen is an amazing manager and the staff there are amazing women and I'm glad to have worked with them. But let's address some things. How unequipped I was to be able to do my job, no computer in the tech room to do my job properly with a table that's falling apart.But let's talk about the expectations of working without any ac in the building hot as can be while patients are complaining how hot it is in there with their asthma acting up and just uncomfortable over all.Let's talk about the nats flying around all over patients faces and co workers faces being expected to work like that.BETTER YET LETS TALK ABOUT HOW OUR BACK BREAKROOM AND BATHROOM HAD ROACHES!Yes there's roaches.So to let patients be aware hope y'all like bugs with your vision exams.Even as drs are giving examsUnfortunately they even feel uncomfortable while giving an exam and roaches climbing on their feet from time to time.Yes I am upset about being let go. But at least here's some insight to the optical outlets here conditions to be expected to work in.Loved the girls they are just doing the very best they can while working in a bug infested environment. Best of luck

I was late ordering my lens I ordered them on December 22 and it’s now January 18 I have been checking on the status for days I keep getting we will give you a call back on your status which I never got. They say it’s a backlog I checked with other places and it’s was no backlog I will never use this company again!!!!!!!
