I am persistent. I make him listen to me. I don't take disrespect but I'm also not disrespectful. He tries to turn his back fo me but I make sure he turns back to me or I won't talk anymore I asked him to face me when I'm talking to him so that he understands I'm not the one to disrespect. He listens and responds to ME. .

Worse experience he barely talks to you and he do not care his back is turned the whole time he do not do anything I literally can do what he does HOW DO HE STILL HAVE A JOB !!!

Dr Oowouder is a very knowledgeable dr and cares about his patients. He listens attentively. He is a quiet and mild mannered person.

I have been seeing him for 2 years now and for the life of me, cant explain why I haven't changed. He is not compassionate at all, he doesn't talk to you unless you say something, just types on the computer. Says he's going to do something and then his office drops the ball. If you call the office for anything, they never answer the phone, put promise a call back. I once held on for over an hour and still no answer. I left my number for call back from que and never received a call. His staff are just as aloof as he is. They even scheduled me for an x-ray, I drove a long way and showed up on time only to be told that the x-ray technician didn't show up that day so I need to go somewhere else. they didn't even try to call me to notify me about not being able to take me that day and didn't really seem too apologetic when I showed up for nothing. I will be not be going back to him.

Waitee 17 minutes for an answer the first time i called, and this time ive been waiting for over 50 minutes on hold, still have yet to speak to anyone.

Love this doctor he is wonderful. In my worst moments he helped me with my health.his a God send. God bless him he knows his work well.

Worse doctor I ever had. He cares very little about your health. Your money yes your health no. He has refused to refill my heart medications until I come in for an appointment. Mind you I was just there a few months ago. He schedules unnecessary tests and refuses to help if you do not get them. The True Health machine is only concerned with your money not your health. Terrible, terrible doctor and facility. The sad thing is that most of his patients are poor and can least afford to be nickeled

When I saw this doctor, he had his back turned to me the whole time, typing on his computer. I felt like he was not listening and was dismissive when I had questions, rushing the encounter. I also did not feel empathy from him for the pain I felt. The first time I came in for my appointment, I was disappointed that I took off work just to sign a release form. The earliest appointment I could get next was 2 months later. Then I received mail that they couldn't find a specialist to refer me to.
