Dr. Tidwell was great about creating a care plan for my child that actually should help the underlying problem, not just putting the proverbial bandaid on top. She took her time with us and really listened.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tidwell. She is who I call when I need help. I wouldn’t be the mom I am without her: she’s never made me feel bad for my choices and my husband trusts her! That’s a big deal. However. The office staff is a complete 180 from the kind of person Dr. Tidwell is and the level of service she provides. If I didn’t love Dr. Tidwell as much as I do, we would be finding another office. Her services are worth more to us even though they are rude, short, or half the time have an attitude bigger than Texas. This is not Dr. Tidwell’s fault as she’s not the one who schedules, but our last appointment we waited over an hour and a half to be seen after our actual appointment time because she got doubled booked. She is 100% worth the wait. I wish the front office people cared. They also represent Dr. Tidwell and they don’t do a very good job.

Dr. Tidwell is one of the nicest, genuine pediatricians in our area. My daughter used to be scared of going to the Drs office when we lived in NC. Now she asks if we’re going to Dr. Tidwell and as soon as I tell her yes she’s at ease. Thank you for the astounding care for all my girls always! The best!

Dr. Tidwell is an incredible doctor, I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my kids. We moved but we still drive over a hour to see her. She treats my children like her own and I always leave the office feeling like super mom. She’s down to earth, very smart and just a genuinely nice person. She takes her time to answer my questions and she is very throughout with my children. Everyone I’ve seen in that office has been great but Dr. Tidwell is the best!

I loooooveeeeeee Dr Tidwell + honestly all the doctors at Sacred Heart Pediatrics! They deeply care about the kid, take their time to listen to you, and are always encouraging. I always refer people to Dr. Tidwell + Sacred Heart Pediatrics!
