Dr. Feagans listens and is a good communicator, he’s confident, he really wants to help you and assures you that he will. Katherine his nurse, will call you back and help with questions.

I give my heartfelt thank you to Dr Feagans for saving my life. My health was rapidly declining. I was practically dying from the constant pain, and I was struggling to receive the care I needed from other healthcare professionals. I felt hopeless. My children found Dr. Feagans online. We made an appointment and he took me under his care like he would for his own mother, and even mentioned that he would “never do that to his own mother” when hearing how I was previously treated. Those words stayed with me. Thanks to him, I am starting my recovery. It is difficult because I am in my seventies, but I want to live longer for my children and for myself. Dr. Feagans has made that a realistic goal. Thank you so much to the Sacred Heart team at Sandestin for taking care of me. And massive thank you to Dr. Feagans and his nurse, Catherine for the endless support and encouragement. I highly recommend Dr. Feagans and his team for GI care. He is honest, trustworthy, respectful, and professional.

I have known Dr. Feagans personally as a friend for a few years now, and now as a patient. At 61 years old, and by referral to Dr. Feagans by an associate physician, just last week I had the not-so-wonderful experience of having a colonoscopy. Despite the horror stories politely offered by countless friends and/or jokesters, the procedure could not have been any easier and with zero aftereffects. Dr. Feagans was superbly knowledgeable and professional at every level of the process and procedure. He is extremely personable with his patients and his beside manners are far above the highest ethical and moral standards generally expected from members of the medical profession. He is honest and trustworthy and it is my belief that while not all medical concerns turn out positive all the time, Dr. Feagans certainly has the professional medical skills and knowledge to provide exemplary care with the aim always being healing to the highest possible level.

I met Dr Feagans last month as a new patient needing a routine scope. He seems like a very solid, competent GI doc who truly cares about his patients and is a good listener. My spouse also saw him several times recently for other issues and really liked Dr Feagans. Unfortunately, we BOTH experienced a complete lack of follow up from his back office staff (including urgent matters) at BG’s Santa Rosa Beach office makes it a challenge to recommend him until these process and/or staffing issues are resolved, or he relocates to another practice.
