First, let me say that the ENTIRE experience was 5 stars. From the staff to Dr. Carter & Dr. Gegg. Very little wait time. Very knowledgeable doctor and staff. What more could you ask for?

I have been suffering for a long time with chronic sinus issues. After having CT scan done it was determined that the left side of my nasal passage was completely blocked. I was scheduled and have just completed my nasal surgery. So far my experience with this practice has been outstanding, professional, and welcoming. I would definitely consider them if you were looking for quality and professionalism.

Dr Gegg is nothing short of AMAZING. I visited Emerald Ent and received such exceptional service. He’s a very knowledgeable doctor who provides such a seemless diagnosis and ensures the comfort of the patient. I would 1000% recommend him for any of your ENT concerns. He’s an excellent doctor.

Be cautious of billing practices!!!! They billed 400% over what was allowable on the initial visit, where Dr. Gegg said my daughter would need surgery. The night before surgery they demanded prepayment to do the surgery. When we requested they run it through the insurance to find out the allowable amount they said they looked it up and only bill allowable amount, which is completely false because they just billed the insurance 400% over for the prior visit. We had no issue prepaying IF they did their due diligence to ensure they were billing the authorized amount only! They said they were not allowed to run it through the insurance until after the procedure. Read other reviews! This doctor and his staff are money driven and not patient focused. I would seriously consider this before choosing him to care for anyone you love or yourself.

We love Dr Gegg.We did the tube surgery for my 3 yo daughter , and everything went perfect and I don’t regret making that choice . Dr Gegg made it easy for all of us . He is great with kids . Everyone in the office are very nice. Vanessa , Lisa , and Mary -Always very polite and helpful. We appreciate taking care of us every time we come

Dr. Gegg is incredible. Super kind, informative, great with kids (& adults), and his whole staff is great! He put tubes in my kiddos ears and will be doing Septoplasty with Turbinate Reduction surgery on me in June. He is thorough and doesn’t recommended surgery flippantly, he recommends only if he really sees it necessary. Not only that—one weekend my kiddo was running a fever after surgery and I called the after hours number. He got back with me within an hour. He truly cares about his patients. Incredible bedside manner. Best ENT, hands down!

The staff was very welcoming and informative from the front desk through the last chat with Dr. Gegg! His office is beautiful and loved how he is young and can relate to our 18 year old! We went in for tonsils and left with clean ears! He exceeded our expectations and was also very detailed! We will be back and refer to to Dr. Gegg no doubt! Thank you!

Excellent diagnostician and gave me a treatment I didn't expect but it was what I needed! I appreciate that he is cautious with antibiotics. His staff is friendly and he has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend.
