I like this Doctor. Dr.Desai preformed a lower GI and an upper GI. He is thorough and has a pleasant bedside manner.

DR DESAI IS FABULOUS AS IS HIS STAFF! The HUGE problem with this office is trying to contact them. I waited 30 min on what amounts to a customer service line that will have you connected to NOONE who works in the DESTIN office. This is maddening! I received an automated call that I needed to make an appointment and could not get through to the Destin office. A DOCTOR'S OFFICE SHOULD HAVE A DIRECT LINE IN TO THAT OFFICE LOCATION WIT SOMEONE IN THAT OFFICE ANSWERING IT . Their 850 number does not!

Like this Dr and group. Office staff ispersonable and helpful. I got an appt quickly. Dr Desai listened, provided guidance and actually did a physical exam! Many Dr's, these days, sit in a corner and do not "touch" (OBVIOUSLY APPROPRIATELY) their patients. Highly recommend!

One of the worst doctors I have every visited. Zero bedside manner. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt rushed. His body language seemed very anxious, like he was ready to run out of the office. Didn't even do an assesment! Should have walked out as soon as I walked into the office- looked like a welfare office. If I could give a 0 out of 4, I would.

The doctor is very polite and took the time to explain the procedure and address my concerns. He contacted me the morning after the surgey to check up on me and make sure everything was okay. He informed me all went well. Very professional, GOOD GUY!
