Dr. Neff performed my surgery very quickly and informed me that she had gotten all of the cancer cells removed on her first pass. I was done and gone in under 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the wound got infected. She provided antibiotics but the infection caused increased pain and swelling. It took me a few days to get a response to that problem because it manifested over the weekend and her assistant, who should have been screening her messages, was injured and no one was aware of a gap in communications while the assistant was getting her own treatment. Dr. Neff eventually responded, provided a prescription for the pain and apologized for the breakdown in communications.

Was promised that the staff would check with the Ins. Co. wether they would cover in home care by a nurse to clean and redress my wound. I called and left a msg Thu pm. Have not heard from them by 6 pm 8/22

Professional, smart, caring and skilled as a dermatology surgeon. I would recommend Dr Neff to those who require derm surgery.

Dr . Neff is awesome , the level of services under her care was stellar . Her surgical expertise is extraordinary . Very happy with every member of the staff at Dermatology Associates , they are excellent .
