The most unprofessional lab I have ever seen in my life. They did not have me sign anything regarding my drug screening there was ZERO CHAIN OF COMMAND.. They also REFUSED to send it to an MRO OR ACCEPT MY PRESCRIPTION that I had. Unbelievabley unprofessional. They are a franchise not a corporation. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. If I could give no stars I would have.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with a company in my 30 plus years in HR and Safety Admin. Professional from my initial inquiry call to the invoicing. They arrived early, ready to go with all their supplies. The turnaround time on the results was excellent. I did the RT-PCR covid test at this location and the staff is extremely helpful and I was nervous but the test went very smooth. The lady that did my test was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and the test did not hurt or made me feel uncomfortable at all. The report came within 30 hours and I would recommend anytone to ARCpoint labs. Thank you so much.
