Bowes team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Ryan, Matt, and Evan at Clark Rd location were true professionals. Nice little periscope in the MRI too which totally alleviated my claustrophobia

This Imaging Center is THE BEST! I have had 4 appointments here in the past 2 weeks for Xray's and MRI's. My experience has been 10/10 each time! The office staff and technicians are organized, efficient and kind! I believe such excellence starts at the top with the business owner choosing a strong management team which results in happy component staff. Such a relief to encounter this level of proficiency in a time of crisis.

I am updating my previous review (see attached). After the owners saw my post, they called me directly to apologize. They didn't make excuses, but offered a plan of action to prevent it from happening again. They also offered to refund my co-pay. I was blown away by their professionalism and how they handled the issue. All businesses make mistakes-- this is a great example of how to fix it.

A test is test. You know how long they take. Don't double or triple book. Just space out appointments. Had a 2 o'clock. It is now 2:50 o'clock. Now word what the problem is! 15 min ago I was next I'll never come here again!

Unfortunately, the phone scheduler told the patient in front of me the wrong location for his x-ray (I was also there for an x-ray). The office manager ended up giving the patient my appointment slot, which caused me to wait an extra 40 minutes in the waiting room. I nearly missed my next appointment. Stuff happens, I get it. But I was disappointed that I paid the price for the office's mistake. I won't be returning to this location.
