Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

Called 4 times no one answered the God dam phone unbelievable service yet it says we look forward to serving you if they really cared they would answer do not call this number you will have to dial over ND over and over again

My teenage daughter has been going here for a long time I been trying to set a appointment n I been on hold now 3 different times 10 minutes each... I left a message already my daughter needs meds she's been out for a month and she's getting bad again ... The answer service sucks need real people

I've been a patient at centerstone for about a year and a half and I don't have many complaints. One complaint I've had consistently is their automated service, I've been put on hold indefinitely every time I've called with a concern about medication or appointments. However the front service coordinator Joe has been the best part of my customer service experience since I've been there. If you ever have any issues with the automated system, tell the system you're a new patient and it'll take you straight to Joe.

SENDING UP smoke signals to get them to answer a phone? Calling for med refill for daughter monthly is a horrible. I've been trying to call/ leave message for and hour ++ ? EVERY MONTH?! HOW DOES ONE DO THIS ? How do you reach Centerstone for a med refill? This has been the 5 the month of this!? come on people!?

I am sick of dealing with this place. The office staff is the worst. You can hardly ever get them to answer the phone and when they do they are unhelpful. Absolute incompetence. They will not send you a reminder of your appointment and when you miss it they will not reschedule for six weeks. So here I am without medication once again. This place is a factory farm design to push as many patients through as quickly as possible. Only go here if you have no other choice for care.

They don’t care about patients! Many times I ask for a change in medication but it’s always I don’t want to change anything when for a long time I have told him I am feeling off and only thing he’ll do is recommend dbt therapy I can’t do anything! 1-5 do not recommend

From the office manager to the doctors, and every employee in between, I find each one to be personally devoted and compassionate towards addiction and mental health issues. It is very refreshing and comfortable for me, to come in for a doctor's appointment to talk about uncomfortable things, when I'm surrounded by love and care. I've been with Centerstone now for about 2 years and they've helped me with more than I thought I needed! LOL! I'm healthy and sober and owe it to God and Centerstone

My daughter had an appointment this morning at 8:30. We made this appointment 2 months ago. Last week the guy at the front desk called to confirm and I asked if this was at the Sarasota location or Bradenton and he told me Sarasota. I live about 30 min away so I took off work and got 3 kids out of bed and dressed and drove to the Sarasota location only to find out that they are only doing Telehealth. When I called the office, the same guy that confirmed my appointment hung up on me!! This guys always sounds depressed and like he hates his job. The Dr called me 10 min after the appointment time and I was in the car driving back home. He said he would have his staff call to reschedule and I told him we can’t wait 2 more months for an appointment and he assured me that wouldn’t be the case. We will see, I’m sure they won’t call me, so I will be calling them back.

What a joke!

Dont waste ur time this place is a joke. First they changed my doctor I had been with over a year with bo warning.... I loved Dr. LANCE shes no longer with them and Dr. Taylor is a pathetic excuse for a Doctor especially when she discharged me for mistakes on their end... in the middle of a pandemic so if u want a doctor that ACTUALLY care for ur wellbeing (mind you shes knows Ive had 2 open heart surgeries and she discharged me for not wearing a mask when the mandate was ALREADY lifted. N for medical reasons I cannot have my breathing restricted and if the staff wasnt so nasty I could have even show them the note from my primary care physician so if i cannot get into another place due to this pandemic I'm literally going to have to go into the hospital so TRUST me BOYCOTT this place
